Even though RDH Under One Roof is months away, now is the time to book your room for the event. PennWell has secured a block of rooms at both the Chicago Hilton Hotel on Michigan Avenue and the Palmer House Hilton. The rates for these rooms are set, and it is important to get your room reservation as soon as possible. Once the blocks fill up you will have to pay the going rate or find another place to stay.
Most UOR aficionados like staying on site since it keeps you close to the action, which starts early and runs late. The Chicago Hilton is the site for this year's conference. The elegant Palmer House is only three quarters of a mile away so it will be easy to attend all of the UOR events.
The housing information is available in a pdf format on the conference site. Make sure you understand the fine details about room rates, deposits and cancellation or change penalties.
