If you are not yet signed up for the Fire Engineering Weekend: Chicago and you think truck work is important, Mike Ciampo's "A Hundred Things To Do" is a class you won't want to miss. If you ever wanted to ask Dave Dodson a hundred questions on reading smoke, then Saturday and Sunday during table talk or during one of the four included meals you can sit down one-on-one and ask him.

Saturday and Sunday, July 19 and 20 at the Northbrook Hilton you can experience the most unique training opportunities ever, starting with breakfast at 8. Chief Ray Orozco welcomes everyone at 9, then classes from Dave Dodson, Mike Ciampo at noon. We all eat a catered lunch together, then Deputy Chief Gene Ryan speaks with Mike Edgeworth. To wrap up day one, everyone, including The Professor Glen Corbett, will come together on stage for an unprecedented Unplugged session with you.

Sunday morning it's breakfast with everyone at 8 followed by a greeting and updates from Jay Reardon at 0900. At 9:30, Chicago-born Bill Gustin is on, followed by Denver's own Dave McGrail. After another catered lunch it is hometown-boy-made-good Rick Lasky. Sunday's table talk will be completely unpredictable as potentially people from both days will be fighting for your attention! Lasky, Gustin, McGrail, Corbett, Reardon, Dodson, Edgeworth, Ryan, Halton, Orozco, and The Champ. This is a firefighter's holiday. I hope we see you there! A full conference pass to the greatest fire service conference in the world, FDIC 2009, will be given away each day--it could be yours! Good seats are still available, so sign up today.
