Hands-on and small group workshops provide an intimate learning experience focused on a specific topic or technology. It is a great way to learn about new ideas where your questions can be easily answered one on one.
Every year, UOR attendees procrastinate about signing up for hands-on and small group workshops. Attendees who have their hearts set on attending a particular ticketed event are often disappointed that their first picks sold out weeks ago.
The UOR web site lists both the hands-on events as well as the small group workshops. At this point, the selection is still good, but these are ticketed events and most will fill up long before we convene in our nation's capital.
Workshop attendance is limited, so don't forget to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the session to insure your seat! If there are no-shows, alternates will be seated 10 minutes prior to the event based on a first-come, first-served policy.
