Anne Nugent Guignon, RDH, MPH, is a senior consulting editor with RDH magazine. She is an international speaker who has published numerous articles and authored several textbook chapters. Her popular programs include ergonomics, patient comfort, burnout, and advanced diagnostics and therapeutics. This year's exhibit hall at the RDH Under One Roof conference is going to be amazing! In 2001, there were six or seven exhibitors at the first conference in Denver. This year, around 90 different companies and professional organizations will have booths at the conference. The UOR exhibit hall rivals that of many state and regional meetings ... and the focus is just on us, the needs and interests of clinical dental hygienists.
Past attendees know how generous exhibitors can be at this event. These companies are really interested in developing a relationship with us and providing products and services that will help us practice clinically ... and they give away great door prizes throughout the exhibit hours.
Be sure to plan ample time to visit the exhibits. The exhibit hall is open from 4:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday. The hall is open from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Saturday exhibits run from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
